​Welcome to Green Valley Foothills Townhouses IV.  We are located in the heart of Green Valley, close to shopping, pools, and recreation centers.  Our Homeowners' Association includes 166 homes, 3 lots, and 33 acres of beautiful desert landscape.  Walking paths and a park allow opportunities to view Arizona's unique flora and fauna.  Great views, social gatherings, and friendly neighbors complete a wonderful Arizona living experience.

Next Regular Board Meeting  ... April 6, 2023  at 9:00am on-line via ZOOM.
       Members are welcome to attend.  Any member desiring to include an item on the agenda
       shall notify the Board President in writing at least ten days in advance of the meeting.
​       Minutes of past meetings and an agenda for the upcoming meeting are located 
here.
       Townhouses IV's Board of Directors meetings in 2023 are currently planned to be held
       as ZOOM meetings.  For information to join a board meeting, please e-mail the TH4 Zoom
       Administrator at  jrepp@snet.net  and include your name and property address.  Joining
​       information will be sent in reply.

Reminder About Rentals ...   Short term rentals (less than 28 days) are not allowed in Townhouses
       IV according to our Amended and Restated Deed Restrictions. That would include short term
       rentals like Airbnb. Before leasing your property, please read Section 9.8 Rentals , pages 24-25
       in the  Deed Restrictions.   All rentals require submission of the Tenant Registration Form.
