Our Homeowners' Association includes 166 homes, 3 lots, and 33 acres of beautiful desert landscape. Walking paths and a park allow opportunities to view Arizona's unique flora and fauna. Members are welcome to attend. Any member desiring to include an item on the agenda
shall notify the Board President in writing at least ten days in advance of the meeting.

Reminder About Rentals ... Short term rentals (less than 28 days) are not allowed in Townhouses
IV according to our Amended and Restated Deed Restrictions. That would include short term
rentals like Airbnb. Before leasing your property, please read Section 9.8 Rentals , pages 24-25
in the Deed Restrictions. All rentals require submission of the Tenant Registration Form.
