TH4 is one of the earliest established HOAs, located in the heart of Green Valley*, close to shopping, pools, and recreation centers. The voice Of TH4 property owners is represented by participation in the Green Valley Council (GVC)*.
The footprint of our HOA* includes 166 lots with private residences, 3 undeveloped lots, the Green Valley First Church of Christ, Scientist, and 33 acres of beautiful desert landscape. We own and are responsible for the maintenance of our Roads*. Walking paths and a park allow opportunities to view Arizona's unique Flora* and Fauna*. Great views, social gatherings, and friendly neighbors complete a wonderful Arizona living experience.
In TH4, we communicate with one another through this website, via E-Blast, online ZOOM meetings and in-person gatherings.
Most of the day-to-day operations of our Association are managed by Standing Committees* as well as by the officers of the elected Board of Directors* (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer), who all submit monthly reports to the BOD for its monthly meetings. A THIV Annual Meeting for property owners is held each year in February. For effective in-person communication, our HOA is structured into Areas and is facilitated by Area Coordinators and Block captains* .

Townhouses IV's Board of Directors meetings in 2023 will be held monthly as ZOOM meetings. All TH4 Property Owners and Residents are welcome to attend.
For information to join a ZOOM meeting, please e-mail the TH4 ZOOM Administrator ([email protected]) and include your name and property address. Joining information will be sent in reply. Any Resident desiring to include an item on the agenda of an upcoming meeting shall notify the Board President in writing at least ten days in advance of the meeting.

A Reminder About Rentals ... Short term rentals or leases (less than 28 days) are not allowed in Townhouses IV according to our Amended and Restated Deed Restrictions. Before renting or leasing your property, please read Section 9.8 "Rentals" , pages 24-25 in the Amended Deed Restrictions*. All rentals require submission of the Tenant Registration Form*.
